2. Cord calendering.
The calendering process is a process in which the rubber compound is covered on the surface of the textile by a calender, and penetrates into the inside of the fabric gap, so that the rubber and the textile are tightly combined to form a rubber cord.
3. Film Calendering
The film required for the production of air springs is generally calendered with a three-roll calender. The hot-melted rubber is pressed into a sheet of a certain thickness by three rolls, and is cooled by a conveyor belt and rolled into a roll. The width of the film is generally on the roller. The width of the cutting edge is fixed, and the edge is not cut during molding.
4. Traveller

5. Rubber cord cutting
